"We found the place very comfortable. The Living Room / Kitchen area downstairs & all bedrooms bathroom upstairs was interesting. We had a few questions initially that Owner answered promptly. The King size bed was extremely comfortable. There was a super cute child’s bed quaintly tucked away in a closet area which we did not use but it was a great use of the space. I also really enjoyed watching the planes land off in the distance at the Airport in the evening. A lot of space for a great rate. "

"Aptly named - comfy and cozy. Really enjoyed the backyard, eating takeout on a warm summer evening with a light breeze (and surprisingly no bugs!). Less than 5 minutes drive to a main business complex with Walmart, Safeway, and several fast food, take out, and regular restaurants. Costco is only 10 minutes away. The only slight downside was that I had to unload the dishes/silverware/cups from the dishwasher (from previous tenant?). I would rent again if coming to Medford again."

"We stayed for one night and loved the house. It accommodated our small family and has plenty of room and space. It was very clean. We did not utilize the backyard and outdoor space. It was a little warm when we first got there, but the house quickly cools once you adjust the thermostats and it was comfortable. Great location close to a couple of restaurants within a couple of miles and walking distance to Jasper's. We would stay here again if ever in the area again."

"Checking in was easy. The kitchen was especially well equipped compared to other accommodations I have rented. For the most part, the home was neat, clean and well stocked. We would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends."

"Great studio space with lots of amenities packed into a well designed floor plan. Located in a quiet neighborhood, great view of the hills, close to Jacksonville and easy to get into oMedford. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, single burner and a fridge so it’s possible to prepare light meals. "

"Nice, large house, ample parking. We really enjoyed the family room and dining room that accommodated all of us as well as other visiting family members. Our family had a wonderful time. Appreciated that pets were allowed. Backyard was huge. Had small issue with goat heads, but still a nice area for dogs to use. House close to all shopping. "

"Renovated home in a quiet neighborhood. Pool, Hot Tub and deck area very nice. We had to cut our stay to just one night so unable to use them.. I will say reaching out to the host on a left behind item was on point and return was in a few days. Just want to alert guest that the 75 yr old Grandpa had some issues with the steps up to bedrooms upstairs..and the downstairs bedrooms both had 2 steps up, and one BR had a stepdown into the bathroom. I suggest night lights to illuminate those steps....

"This property was a little slice of heaven. The management company was very easy to work with and he space was a perfect little studio with separate full bath. Everything we needed. Very new and clean and enjoyed the full kitchen. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful amenities. It was very quiet as we stayed during the week, we were the only tenants using 1 of 3 units on property. We have made a note to use this property again when we return to visit family in the area. Thank you for a wonderful...

"We loved staying at this house while in Medford! Great quiet neighborhood location, clean and comfortable space, and well stocked kitchen with appliances and cooking tools. We loved being able to use a bbq grill and the option of a fire pit. The hot tub was such a sweet perk! Would definitely want to stay here again when in the area!"
