"Breakfast was amazing. Staff was super friendly on top of the hotel frim the lobby area to our rooms was very clean. Room was big and came with everything you needed and more."

"Room was surprisingly clean even though outside of the room the rest of the hotel had a strange oder. The elevators didn't work. Had to tote luggage to the 3rd floor. the door key didn't work. Had to be moved to a different room."

"This property doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is charming. Very close to the West side of Tulsa University's campus. I actually stayed in the TU themed room. Clean except I did find an earring on the bathroom floor. The bed was also very comfortable. The only criticism is that it was very noisy. The floors are wooden which are beautiful but they are creaky. I wish the would put rug runners down the halls she dampen the sound of people walking. My son wore cowboy boots and...

"We arrived at 8 in the evening, and the 2 rooms were not cleaned yet on a Saturday night. So we had to wait after a long day of work. Both rooms were booked with 2 queen beds, but we got single beds. 2 grown up guys had to sleep in one room, one bed. But not enough, at 1 am water started dripping onto the bed from the AC unit. There is no person at the reception, just a phone on the wall… what else can I say. I was expecting Expedia to make the cancellation and refund process easy. We are here...

"No bananas at breakfast buffet is the only complaint I can make. Everybody on the staff was really friendly. Place has a great location if you are in Tulsa for fun. Big plus was the old fashioned wake up call still works here."

"The attendant refused to check us in. My ID was stolen and the system failed and refused to change the name so I could get checked in. I will be seeking a refund. I had to book another facility. After pulling off and paying for another room I was notified they checked us in as arrived after refusing service. "
