"Decent breakfast and also the staff was helpful to loan us a portable fan as the central air conditioning was off as per the normal practice in Austria in October"

"Great spa and had a nice dinner at the restaurant! There was amazing views of the mountains. Lady at the desk and server was nice and provided great service as well."

"It was a terrible stay After paying for a parking lot, we realise the basement car park was very crammed. There was no place to park and I ended up having to park at the handicap lot and risk being wheel clamp. "The breakfast was very complete. We like the location , outside the city center and 20 minutes walking from Amras Castle"

"Great hotel, we stopped over for a few days during a road trip and was amazing."

"Clean, staff were lovely, great air conditioning. We loved our stay and was so beautiful in the mountains. We had a great time and good value for money. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the staff were lovely when providing drinks."
