"We enjoyed our stay at Urban Inn. The unit was well-stocked, clean, had ample storage, plenty of seating, and was in a good location. The water pressure was strong. Self-check-in was flawless. We were delighted to have baggage storage to use prior to check-in. NOTES: The bed frame sits on the floor; it may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke comes in from the cafe on the ground floor, even with the windows closed. We weren't bothered too much...

"Sehr nette Vermieter, freundlich und besorgt. Der Blick aus der Wohnung direkt war nicht nennenswert, da die Wohnung im Kellergeschoss liegt, aber wenn man raus geht, hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Zillertal und dabei kann man auf der Sonnenterrasse sitzen. Skifahren war toll, noch nicht so viele Skifahrer, aber auch noch nicht so viel Schnee. Die Wohnung mit der ruhigen Lage ist optimal für zwei Personen."

"A little challenging to get to it but nice and clean. We couldn’t find sheets for the futon and did not hear back from the property manager on sheets until we had already left. It was very quiet. Plenty of room. "

Parking- Although there is no onsite parking, there is an offsite paid parking garage around a 5 minute walk from the apartment that was easily walk-able. Communication & Check-in- The communication was limited but informative and the Check-in was seamless. You access the entrance to the Apartment via a restaurant and check in with the hostess. "The digital check-in on site was a little tricky. The screen displays your room number briefly, then it goes away. It’s not printed on your card, so make sure you remember it 😁 The staff were super friendly and helpful!! Excellent location and the room was very nice! I would certainly stay here again!!"
