The room was amazing with views of the bay and limestone cliffs. The staff was outstanding, communication before pickup was amazing and catered to our needs while on the island. The excursions and snorkeling were the best part, definitely would stay again!!

Very poor customer service. We booked 2 rooms. Oceanview Premiere Triple and Standard Room Queen. The Oceanview Premiere has a not pleasant smell from the bathroom and AC is not working.
