We really enjoyed our stay at the Mews Pool Villa. Having the heated (85’) was an added bonus. We had some relaxing days where we could just hang out an enjoy the area and it was a great location to catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard for the day. Paul was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property.

The place was great. The 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms on separate floors was ideal for 2 couples. The pool was nice and warm even in late September. The villa was well stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

This was a really great place for a quick girls getaway! The property was clean and beautifully decorated. Had a bit of trouble finding the entry to the unit and the garage did not accommodate my car so I had to park in an outdoor space, which really wasn’t a big deal. The pool was very nice even though it wasn’t really warm enough to use it. I would suggest having a skimmer left out as the pool was quite dirty. We would have like to clean it up a bit. I also found it a bit odd that we were asked to wash, dry and put away any towels that we may have used. It was difficult to get up the morning of our check out and get showered, wash, dry and get the towels put away all before we checked out at 10 a.m. Overall, a very comfortable property with great communication from the owner.

Property was great for a family of 4. Heated pool was great for entertaining the kids. A little disappointed there was a beach pass advertised on the welcome letter, but found out the house did not come with one. Close to beaches/shopping/dinning was great. Overall stay was a great time.

Family Trip

Loved this property and the area. We had stayed in New Seabury for the first time last year in a different area and loved it. This year, we were looking for a larger home with a pool for our family and the property was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Also the property and area was very quiet and convenient. Would recommend!
