A one bedroom, one bath, end-unit first floor condo, Queen bed, and Full size sofa bed, with all the comforts of home on the ocean, including air conditioning!! The ocean views are fantastic from the front patio, sun porch, living room and kitchen! New furnishings added with designer touch. All linens are included and plentiful towels are provided for bath and beach use. Full size sofa bed has premium air dream mattress system (inflates to your comfort preference to 8" thick) for complete sleeping comfort. Gorgeous upscale kitchen with all the amenities you need! Resin patio furniture for the front and rear patios will allow you to dine and relax, while enjoying the beautiful views. Located on a dead-end street, the condo is situated to offer much privacy, and all you need for the perfect vacation in Maushop Village! Located between the Popponesset and New Seabury wedding venues.

We had the best stay at Bill's place. Extremely clean and quant. I will note it's much better in person than the pictures show. It was also far enough from the action where we could truly relax and not feel pressure to be out and about. Yet it was near the town of Mashpee which we loved! The private beach was a great touch. Zero complaints highly recommend

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful. The home was absolutely spotless and immaculate. It was extremely well appointed and had everything you could need. It’s a great location in the village steps to the beach and in a quiet section. Bill was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend his place and would love to stay again!

Captivating Cape Getaway

Repeat visit to 30 Milestone Way Mashpee was perfect. The cottage is immaculate with 5 star appointments throughout. The private beach couldn't be more beautiful and the Marketplace raw bar the place to be. Our host just keeps upping the game with things like wireless phone chargers in the bedroom and kitchen amenities galore.

Excellent Stay!

Beautiful condo in a great spot! Lovely ocean views, quiet area and steps from the beach! The condo is decorated beautifully and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I hope to return in the summertime when the weather is better and we can enjoy the two patios, beach and Popponesset Marketplace.

The perfect cottage

We stayed after Labor Day, which, in my opinion, was the best time. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Property is just as described—quaint, comfortable, with upscale updates. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals for two. The included beach amenities (chairs, umbrella) were also very nice since the cottage is just a 2 minute walk to Maushop’s private beach. William and Sue were wonderful hosts. We would gladly rent again.

Lovely stay

Had a peaceful, relaxing baby moon at this property. The location was beautiful with ocean views right from the front room. The cottage was very clean and had every amenity one could want while away from home. Would stay again!
