I loved everything about this place - location, price, communication with the host, everything was seamless, and it made my work trip nice and easy. The only "negative" thing that I will mention is that it's not the most luxurious space (window AC unit, some scrapes on the walls, dated furniture, etc.) These things didn't bother me one bit and the place was spotless and comfortable, but if anyone in your crew is sensitive to that kind of thing, I guess it's better to know that going in. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location near NMU and shopping. Exactly as described. Quiet, didn’t hear any neighbors. I’ve stayed at many hotels in the area while visiting our daughter at NMU. Paid lots more at the hotels and couldn’t even get a continental breakfast or coffee. Here, you can make your own.

We enjoyed our stay and would book again. Host is responsive and helpful. Apartment is charming - modern yet a step back in time with the narrow curving stairs and moldings that took me back to my grandparents house. Kitchen well appointed, the bed was comfortable, the futon is in need of replacement. Room darkening shades and a lamp on the kitchen table for reading and playing games would be a nice addition. Location is great, just one block off 3rd street shops and restaurants.
