"Quiet elegance, Incredible Service, In-Room Amenities and Comfort."

"It was beautifully furnished with gorgeous views from the terrace. Breakfast was delicious. Served on the roof. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. My only complaint was a taxi could not take you to the hotel. They had to stop in town and you had to walk 15 to 20 minutes with your luggage to get to the hotel. We are elderly and it was very difficult. However, when we left walking back wasn’t so terrible. The area was lovely and we had a delicious dinner recommended by the hotel....

"We stayed here 2 nights. We opted to be picked up with our bags via their shuttle as we didn't know the area. The room was probably the most spotless room I've ever stayed in. It's like it was a brand new space. The patio was beautiful and the location is a short walk to the bus line to access Capri and the marina. The AnaCapri old town was walkable from there too! "It was a nice property! We got there around 4/5pm and there were no signs for the entrance/lobby, and when we finally found the area, nobody was there and we had to try and connect to the wifi to call someone to ask how to check in. They told us on the phone that the key was already in the door of our room. It would’ve been nice to know beforehand that there was no staff!"

"I booked an economy room and was placed in what felt like the equivalent of a basement. The room had virtually no natural light, no proper window, and very poor ventilation. It was extremely suffocating and uncomfortable. "The view is gorgeous but the half mile trek uphill was undersold. They warn you that it’s a little trek but it is a steep incline )17-18 flights) to the center of town. We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening due to the distance back/forth and got food poisoning from the seafood. Two days of our trip was spent stuck in the room. The charge to transport your luggage is ridiculous but necessary with the hotel being so far. Concierge did give good advice on ferry tickets."
