"I’ve stayed at the Ritz Carlton. I’ve stayed at The Four Seasons never in my life. Has the staff been so snobby you would’ve thought I would get that from higher in hotels not from Omni hotel. The pool look outdated cracks on the tile but more than anything was the way the staff acted and treated ..."
