  • Este condominio de 1 dormitorio totalmente amueblado con una cama queen size, un sofá cama y un colchón individual está convenientemente ubicado en Bicutan, Paranaque, a 15 minutos en automóvil de Makati y Alabang y a 10 minutos en automóvil de los aeropuertos nacionales e internacionales.

    Disfrute de una vida de lujo en el medio del Metro, en una extensa propiedad de primer nivel que abarca la West Service Road de South Luzon Expressway, adyacente a un centro comercial SM Mall. Perfecto para solteros y parejas con pequeños también !!!

    Ya sea que vuelva a casa para una estadía corta o unas largas vacaciones, nuestro condominio Azure Urban Resort Residences ofrece un refugio seguro y tranquilo para volver a casa después de un día en la ciudad.

    Nuestros huéspedes pueden acceder a otras comodidades como un parque abierto, un jardín zen, grandes fuentes con obras de agua y luces danzantes, múltiples áreas de juegos, un área interactiva de juegos acuáticos, piscina de olas, playa artificial y bar central.

    Nuestros huéspedes también tendrán acceso a una moderna casa club inspirada en Paris Hilton que complementa un paisaje formado orgánicamente con instalaciones que incluyen un spa, salas de masajes y cafetería. Además de eso, nuestros huéspedes pueden usar una terraza en la azotea con vista al horizonte de la ciudad como un santuario para la relajación.

    Y, por supuesto, la pieza central de The Azure es la ensenada de playa hecha por el hombre verdaderamente icónica y primera de su tipo, con arena blanca, olas ondulantes, múltiples toboganes y cascadas de agua. La limpieza de la piscina de olas está programada todos los lunes. ¡Realmente son unas vacaciones tropicales a las que puedes llegar a casa todos los días!

    Permitimos 4 personas en nuestra unidad de 1 dormitorio. Esto incluye el uso GRATUITO de las comodidades para 2 personas por día. Si las 4 personas tienen la intención de nadar al mismo tiempo, la tercera y cuarta persona deben comprar bandas de natación a Php 250 / pax / shift. Sin embargo, si solo 2 de las 4 personas nadarán por día, estas 2 son GRATUITAS. Nuestro horario de la piscina es el siguiente: 1er turno 7 am - 12 nn y 2do turno 2 pm - 7 pm.

    El estacionamiento es GRATUITO durante toda la estadía.

    Puede solicitar un taxi fácilmente a través del intercomunicador de la unidad. Alternativamente, Grab Taxi y Uber funcionan bien. Jeepneys y autobuses están disponibles fuera de Azure.

The unit we rented needs renovation, it was very inconvenient and filthy I’ve ever been. The bed is uncomfortable, bed linens and sheets looks filthy , towel set are gross and looks like floor mats, dishwasher sponge was used by the previous tenants, bathroom vents are dusty, bathroom tiles are covered with grout, no extra sheets and pillows, when you open the cabinet it has mosquitoes, there was an eco bag that had used sheets and towels inside it, so you can’t use it to hang your clothes. When asked to dispose it the host said he will send someone to pick it up but no one came. Beware, do not book this place . I booked for 2 nights but I opted to checked out after a day. I don’t want to ruin my vacation if I continue to stay another night. Stay away.

Definitely 5 star for the unit owner.. He was an amazing person who would provide you even to the smallest detalis you need.(dishwashing liquid, sponge, counter cloth, toiletries, condiments, & other kitchen stuffs for cooking & cleaning) . I really appreciate to welcome us personnally with complimentary refreshment.. A sweet fresh banana makes our tummy full upon arrival hehe! I would love to recommend his unit to my friends coming abroad :) we are just a bit dissapointed when it comes for swimming that definitely what we wanted to do because we are unlucky to experience the wave pool.. We did not realized that Every Monday Wave pool was closed for cleaning & maintenance however we enjoyed the beach club.. My son loves to play the white sands and slides :)

It was indeed a memorable experience for my family. My four kids enjoy the swimming on the wave pool,and kiddie pool. They also enjoy the playroom. My husband didn't expect that there is like a beach style resort only within metro and don't need to go far to experience especially the white sand. Truly a remarkable experience. We want to go back there to experience the lap pool,as well as the basketball court since my kids are boys. Mr. Arnel Torres is very warm,accomodating ,and very kind host hope to see him again. The unit was very clean complete with toiletries no need to bring any. Last it is near sm bicutan so you can do your groceries there. The internet is very fast..

Me and my family stayed here for almost a week, except the weather, everything is perfect. my kids

Me and my family stayed here for almost a week, except the weather, everything is perfect. my kids do enjoy the breathtaking pool, the unit is so clean and well maintained. even the guards who also act as receptionist are so helpful, they will treat you like what 5 star hotel do, the security is very good , i also meet Arnel on the last day, the very kind cool host , he is so flexible and this made our stay so absolutely amazing! i will definitely recommend this property to my friends!

We had a great stay, the unit was very clean and tidy, it exceeded our expectations. the location is superb, it has got top facilities, the beach and swimming pools are really a paradise in a backyard. All staff working there are very polite and friendly, always tried to help. The host Mr.Arnel Torres was very nice, polite, friandly, always trying to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We are looking forward to stay there again in the future. We can highly recommend the host to all guests.

First Of all I would like to say a big thank you to Arnel Torres and his impeccable & warm Hospitality skills that he showed upon checking in at his property. the condo was very clean and well stocked with amenities,the security is very good. Everything a 5 star hotel could offer was more than matched within this complex from the awesome kiddie pool & wave pool to the well equipped gym. the SM mall close by was handy for all types of shopping to dining out. I would not hesitate to patronise this place again and would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a home away from home.. well done Arnel and many thanks again...

Mine and my children's stay at this place was indeed fantastic - I rate it 5 stars. We had such a great time swimming. Awesome pool...we so love the waves! Staffs are so friendly and helpful - I must say very professional. The place also has a good access to transportations, and as I love to walk SM Bicutan Mall was too easy for a few minutes walk to grab my daily groceries and whenever we fancy for a dine out. Arnel is such a great host - thanks Arnel for giving us an extra personal care attending our needs. Everything from toiletries to linen to kitchenwares to food delivery list all well provided. My fiancee and I stayed at Tropical Paradise and it was sublime. Arnel Torres lived up to our expectations as a very hospitable host and it was truly a pleasure of having his acquaintance. The location is accessible to the mall, restaurants and public transport. Simply put, this place is commendable to tourists/locals alike looking for comfort and relaxation, less the hassle of going to resorts 2hours away. The place was nice and clean. Arnel, was also nice. He toured us around the Azure. He also prepared a brochures/leaflets where we can order our food since there's no resto yet within Azure. We really enjoyed staying even thou we only stayed there for 1 night. The unit is equipped with cable tv and wifi access in full speed. The bed and linens are clean, love to sleep with or just lie down. The kitchen amenities also is a plus, almost complete like your really in your own home.
