Beautiful recent villa with Provencal charm, overlooking the hills of La Napoule. It is ideally located in a very quiet residential area, 5 minutes' walk from shops, the Géant Casino and the city center. Fine sandy beaches 15 mins walk and their nice restaurants. The villa is 6 km from Cannes, 1 km from the motorway exit and 30 minutes from Nice airport.
Beautiful 4mX9m mosaic swimming pool, deckchairs and large parasols encourage relaxation. Enclosed garden of 1500 m², planted with palm trees, mimosas, oleander hedges, olive trees, cypresses ... Garden and swimming pool lit at night.
A large terracotta terrace along the entire length of the pool side house, welcomes you for meals around a large square table for 8 people or under the shaded advance of Provencal tiles around the round table.
Perfect villa for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The 40 m² living room is spacious and bright, air conditioned cold or hot with, on the living room side 2 sofas, armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV, piano, library and dining side a large table and comfortable furniture. Two large sliding picture windows offer you all the exotic vegetation of the French Riviera at a glance.
The functional kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher and all the advantages of great comfort. Direct access to the terrace. Toilets with washbasin and equipped laundry room complete the equipment on the ground floor. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 120 cm bed numerous cupboards with wardrobes and shelves. Spacious shower room with 2 basins on worktop, large mirror, large shower and toilet. All in impeccable condition.

Nice house with pool and garden

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a quiet location, and the beach, restaurants, and shopping center were just a few minutes away by car or bus. The house corresponds to the advertisement.

Ein kleines feines Reservat

Das bei Bedarf klimatisierte Haus steht in einem ruhigen Viertel, ist sehr gepflegt, nicht minder der große Garten, der allseitig komplett und uneinsehbar von gewachsener Vegetation umgeben ist. Der schöne Pool ist eine Wonne, allerdings nicht beheizt, was im Sommer keine Rolle spielt, an den beiden Enden der Saison aber zu bedenken wäre. Die Terasse ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, zusammen mit den Palmen im Garten verspürt man an heißen Tagen beinahe tropisches Flair. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig, und Pianisten freuen sich über ein passables Yamaha Klavier im Wohnzimmer. In ca. 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß einen sehr (sehr!) großen Supermarkt mit Bäcker und Ladenzeilen. Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin sowie anderem Personal war sehr angenehm und freundlich, Montags kommt der Piscinist und pflegt mit Hingabe den Pool. Fazit: Ein sehr schöner Ort, um nur zu sein oder die Umgebung zu erkunden, Cannes und Nizza liegen um die Ecke. Prädikat empfehlenswert!

Good location 30 minutes walk to La Napoule restaurants, bars and port. Easy journey by car or train to Cannes, Nice etc. Fantastic garden and pool. Air conditioned bedrooms were great. Supermarket close by.

We had a very nice stay at this beautiful house in Mandelieu close to Cannes. Well equipped house and a very beautiful garden surrounding a stunning pool. Very nice welcome by Jean-Francois and all worked perfect.

Magical Villa

Lovely villa with an amazing garden and pool. Within walking distance from a huge hypermarket and just a bus ride away from Château de la Napoule and all other tourist attractions. The host is great and responded immediately to any query. Highly recommended!

The property’s saving grace is its pool! The owner was rude, offensive and threatening! I took photographs as a method of documenting how we had cleaned the property and the owner slapped the phone from my hands to the floor. My experience was traumatic, to the point that I urged the host to call the police. The furniture is dated and uninviting, the beds are very uncomfortable, there was no quilt covers to use for bedding. The towels were old and stiff to touch. And the mosquitos were as rude and offensive as the owner. Be very wary before booking, if you’re still tempted bring your own quilt covers, towels and expect to take a day out to industrial clean the property before you leave. Even after all of that I guess you would still need to ensure you are ready for an argument before you leave. REFUND PLEASE

Schitterende plek

Vanuit de villa leuk uitstapjes aan de cote d'azur gemaakt. Daarna lekker een duik in het zwembad en borrelen in de tuin. Fijne slaapkamers, tweepersoonsbed is wel vrij smal. De 3 kamers waren fijn voor onze kinderen van 13 en 16 jaar zodat ze ieder eigen kamer hadden. Wasmachine aanwezig en ijsblokjes in de vriezer was top. Op tv was in te loggen op eigen netflix account en te streamen vanaf telefoon.

Super Villa mit Pool

Wir können dieses Urlaubsdomizil für einen Urlaub an der Côte d’Azur nur empfehlen. Die Villa mit großzügigem Garten & Pool bietet jeglichen Komfort für einen Familienurlaub. Da das Wetter im März noch nicht so richtig warm war, haben wir von Mandelieu-La-Napoule viele Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung gemacht. Der Ort liegt sehr zentral, um nach Cannes, Nizza, Monaco oder einfach nur in das wunderschöne Hinterland zu fahren. Auch die beiden Golfplätze liegen circa 10 Auto Minuten entfernt. Zu empfehlen sind die tollen Märkte in der Umgebung, die fast jeden Tag irgendwo stattfinden und wo man sich hervorragend verpflegen kann. Die Kommunikation über FeWo direkt mit der Inhaberin und Jean-François, der uns netterweise sehr spät noch empfangen hat, funktionierte hervorragend. Vielen herzlichen Dank, dass wir dieses schöne Haus nutzen durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder, dann allerdings zu einer wärmeren Jahreszeit.

Positive Experience Soured by Unexpected Fees

Beware: you may be charged unforeseeable fees by this owner. An insecure, very wobbly pool umbrella opened by the check-in host blew over within the first half hour of our two week stay, a spoke broke and my son was almost injured. We did not open the umbrellas again. The owner charged a 150Euro fee. We didn't open the umbrella, we were indoors when it tipped. It is the owner who is responsible for providing safe, secure fixtures! Second, we were accused and charged for leaving dirty dishes and a dirty house. Ridiculous! We left exactly as instructed: sheets removed, garbage brought to drop-off points, kitchen tidied with dishwasher running. No indication or supplies (rags) given to clean the house for the next guests. We did not vacuum, mop, clean the shower stall or toilets. It seems this is expected but not stated. The owner may or may not hire a cleaning crew that only superficially cleans on top of guests' cleaning. I am outraged at this accusation because we were tidy and very respectful of the property, even cleaning the outdoor grill, which is not how we found it. The pool is the best feature of this house. The beds are uncomfortable. One AC drips inconsistently making it hard to fall asleep. Owners says guests at fault because AC is running too high but other ACs don't drip? The living room is not inviting, AC works only as a fan. Overall, location and pool are fantastic. Host not great at communicating expectations/check-in/out.

Schöne Ferien

Wir waren als Familie 12 Tage im Haus. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit einem großen Garten und einen schönen Pool und hat alles was man im Alltag braucht. Schnelle Anbindung an die Autobahn und großes Einkauszentrum in der Nähe. Der Strand ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter und zum Verwalter vor Ort. Einziges Manko war die mangelnde Sauberkeit vor allem in der Küche und den Bädern, das müsste viel besser sein. Wir hatten dennoch eine sehr schöne Zeit in Mandelieu-la-Napoule. Vielen Dank dafür.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Mandelieu

Wir verbrachten einen 2-wöchigen, sehr erholsamen Familienurlaub in Mandelieu. Die Lage des Hauses ist top, man ist sehr schnell am Meer, in weniger als 5 Minuten auf der Autobahn (ohne vom Lärm betroffen zu sein), ein großer Geant-Supermarkt befindet sich ganz in der Nähe und das Highlight des Ferienhauses ist der große Pool, der regelmäßig gewartet und gepflegt wird. Der Verwalter vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und steht rund um die Uhr mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin im Vorfeld war sehr nett und gut. Hervorzuheben ist die Klimaanlage, die bei der aktuellen Hitze sehr gute Dienste geleistet hat. Unzählige Ausflüge lassen sich durch die gute Lage des Objektes ganz einfach und schnell umsetzen. Outstanding property - 5 stars.

Wonderful property with a beautiful outside space and large outside pool. Air conditioning in each room which is a must in the summer. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Great location - only 10 minutes from the sandy beaches of Mandelieu (some of the best in the region). Very close to shops and supermarkets - very convenient. Can only highly recommend this property. Ideal for couples or families. We will no doubt be coming back to this villa when we next visit the region.
