"One of the worst hotel experiences we have had. I would strongly advise families to avoid this place.
The atmosphere around reception made us extremely uncomfortable. People who appeared to be friends or relatives of the reception staff were standing around the reception desk, staring at guests and laughing, which felt very unprofessional and intimidating.
The room was also terrible. The air conditioning was blowing hot air and felt more like a heater. Outside our window there were stairs that...

"Stayed in a pretty basic room. Near the railway station in a quiet neighborhood. The room had an unpleasant odour. I reported it to the front desk but they said they would talk to housekeeping the next day
I opened the window and that helped"

"How weird was this? When we checked in we were admonished not to use the thermostat in the room but contact the front desk if we needed the temperature adjusted. We dutifully asked to have the temperature lowered. We both sweated through the night only to find the temperature was higher in the morning than when we asked to have it lowered. We had a ground floor room and instead of a window, behind the curtains was an emergency exit door. Yeah, we won’t be doing this again."

"今回2回目の滞在でした。ファシリティは最新ではありませんが、ベッドルームとリビングが別々であることや、お風呂とトイレが別であることなど、リヨンでの長期の滞在には最適解と思います。また室内の机も仕事をする際には重宝します。駅からも程近く、ちょっとしたレストランやスーパーも比較的近いので生活に困ることはほぼないと思います"
