Lynchburg Getaway walking distance 2 Jack Daniel’s

This beautiful, Victorian-style home is a perfect getaway. Located just off the square in historic Lynchburg, TN, it`s a short walk to the world-famous Jack Daniel`s Distillery. There are lots of places to relax; rocking chairs on the front porch, Adirondack chairs and corn-hole in the backyard. You can also visit Tim`s Ford Lake or enjoy the southern hospitality of Miss Mary Bobo`s restaurant. The beds and furnishings are all very comfortable! Check out @lynchburggetaway on Instagram

This unique home was originally built in the 1850’s and has lots of charm. The driveway leads to a walking bridge that crosses the creek from Jack Daniel’s and leads you right into the square of historic downtown Lynchburg. It is a very short walk to the Jack Daniel’s distillery and convenient to all the amenities Lynchburg has to offer. The beds and furniture are all new and great care has been taken to make sure your stay is comfortable and pleasant.

You will have access to the entire property (excluding the garage/shop), including Adirondack chairs and Cornhole in the backyard.

We are as available as a guest would like for us to be. You will be provided with a code to the door lock, which will give you easy access to the property and our property manager lives just a few miles from Lynchburg.

The home was very nice and clean. In a great location and within walking distance of a lot of local attractions. We all agreed when we return to Lynchburg, we will try to stay here.

Great location! Nicely decorated. Loved the old house with the high celings and transoms and old wood. Good air. Could have been cleaned better. Some old coffee and water left from the previous stay and cobwebs,some minor maintenance issues. Great responsive communication! We would stay again.

Loved Lynchburg

We loved the property! It was perfect for our family while we were in town for our daughter’s wedding. Very clean well maintained property. Recommend it to anyone staying in the town.

What a great place! I travel a lot, I book a lot of properties for my family and friends so I have expectations when I travel. This place was great! It’s an old house and a very short walk to the Lynchburg Square and the Jack Daniel Distillery. Literally walk down the driveway and cross over the street and them walk across a small walking bridge over a creek and on the other side you are in the square by Barrel House BBQ. The linens were very comfortable. The bedding was as well. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and the living room was a great spot to watch round one of the NFL draft. There’s a nice little porch at the front of the house, there’s a carport to park under if you choose. There is a very nice outdoor fire pit with four chairs around it. I also saw collapsible bag chairs in the house. I wish we had more time, a friend and I were there specifically for a very special drop of JD whiskey at the distillery. We hope to get back someday with the wives. One thing worth mentioning, there is not much in town. There are some great stores with a couple featuring Jack Daniels products but we did not see anywhere to pick up groceries and the restaurant selection looked to be minimal. If you’re driving into town, expecting to hit a grocery store, I did not see one, so grab your stuff on the way in. Hope to be back soon!!

We love staying at this cute house! Great location and you can walk to downtown Lynchburg and jack daniels. It has great amenities too! We will definitely be renting again.

Walk to everything

Once you park and unload at the Mulberry house, you never have to get in the car again until you leave. Plenty of restaurants and sight seeing opportunities within walking distance. We will definitely be Coming back!!

Great Stay in Lynchburg

House was great, very spacious and clean. Thankful for the hiking and restaurant recommendations provided in the book in the house. Machine Falls was a great hike and had a delicious meal at Emil’s. Nice to be able to walk to town and to Jack Daniel’s. Easy drives to Tim’s Ford State Park, George Dickel and Uncle Nearest distilleries.

LOVE LYNCHBURG GETAWAY!

LYNCHBURG GETAWAY is a wonderful home! Beautiful, very well equipped and so comfortable! It's practically next door to the distillery and the town square. We easily walked everywhere. A must is Miss Mary Bobo's and the Lynchburg Winery!

What a Great Way to Get a Sense of the Lynchburg Community!

What we liked about our stay is that we felt part of the community. The home is a block from the square and a few blocks from Jack Daniels and Miss Mary Bobos. The home is very well restored and very comfortable. We stayed with another couple. There is great gathering space in the living room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor space for time together...and we felt that the suites provided great isolation and quiet when we wanted alone time.
