"We were upgraded by a lovely young lady with red hair because we happened yo tell her it was my birthday/retirement gift from my husband! W
I also got a complimentary piece of cheesecake and 2 complimentary drinks from the bar and a shuttle bus ticket good for our 3 days there! What a fabulous surprise! The pool and hot tub were over the top and really enjoyed the heated seats around the fire pit! We would recommend The Moxy to everyone! Really enjoyed the 60s ski resort decor vibe too!"

"The hotel was clean, great location, with friendly staff. The hot tub was closed all week for maintenance. The toilet leaked and filled every 10 minutes and maintenance didn’t fix it before I left. The bed was fairly saggy and the ventilation was very loud and could not be turned off so I slept very poorly each night. There was no hot water on the 3rd morning in the shower. I asked for more coffee pods after the first morning and they didn’t bring them. When I put the sign on the door for light...

"This hotel is under renovation, so there is no lobby and no dining available in the evening. The hot tub wasn’t clean and didn’t work and mineral pool was dirty.
The room itself was nice and clean however our last day there I went to the little gym and water started gushing through the ceiling. I had to run and tell the staff. The entire hotel was then without water for hours so no showers or flushing toilets
I would not stay here until renovations are complete.

"The pool did not look very appealing, it was very dated. The hot tub was very small it was also unappealing and dated.
The sidewalk outside of the hotel was under construction so there was noise from that.
The buffet breakfast was very good.
The jet tub in the room only had 2 jets working.
