Our unit was very spacious and clean. The oceanfront view from our place was gorgeous! Our host Miriam was great and the building has amazing front desk staff! Would definitely book this unit again.

This island home is a great place to stay. It was quiet, clean, and Miriam was responsive to all of our questions. The pool was lovely. We would highly recommend staying at this island home. We hope to stay again soon.

The property was great. nice balcony with ocean and pool views. Rooms were clean. I took one star off of communications category due to the fact that host did not respond to my questions regarding how to check until the day after check-in although I sent messages 2 and 3 days prior. That being said, check-in process was very easy. Parking was easy. Gated community that makes you wear wrist bands to identify guests. Grocery store within walking distance. Mullet bay within walking distance. Maho bay is less than 2km away. Both have plenty of restaurants nearby.

Wonderful stay. Great apartment spacious with great views from multiple balconies walking distance to everything. Great restaurant and pool on site

This was by far the best place we’ve stayed on a Caribbean island—and we’ve stayed a lot of places. The place was gorgeous, it was the perfect location, and Anika, who worked the front desk couldn’t have been more kind and helpful! We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful corner end unit!

Perfect property away from the chaos of the island. Amazing pool, swimming in the ocean is possible, no beach chairs at the beach.

Great family vacation home

The location and property was perfect for 5 of us. Although it’s a VRBO, it feels like a hotel with many property amenities like the sauna, gym, pool and courteous front desk staff. Gorgeous beach view and gorgeous beach. Location great for French side proximity.

Great stay

Miriam was a great host and very responsive! The apartment is beautiful with all the amenities you need for a great stay (stocked kitchen , towels , comfortable beds , beautiful balcony and the list goes on). The beach is beautiful and the cliff pool is stunning. Looking forward to coming back again !

Short March vacation

Stayed a total of 5 nights and place was great! Balcony overlooking the ocean, clean and everything was functional and as advertised. Building has nice amenities including sauna and steam rooms and access to beach. Private with 24/7 security. Would stay here again.

Perfect place for a chilllaxing a couple of days.

If you just need a pool, beach, gym, market, bakery and a couple restaurants then you don’t even need a car. If your going about the island, then a car is a must.

Wonderful experience

We loved this condo. Location was great, beach and market was nearby. We would have liked some more paper products. Toilet paper and paper towels should be plentiful!Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay and would return. Thank you Miriam.

Great condo

Miriam is a very helpful and responsive host, who cares about her guests. We had a great time in the condo with my family enjoying sunsets from the terrace. The stuff is very friendly and helpful as well. The kitchen has absolutely everything. Location is perfect! We felt safe. The best area on the island.

Fantastic location

Spent a week at Miriams place. the condo is as advertised. Great location! Miriam was very responsive and answered all our questions. Clean unit, great restaurant in building (Mario's bistro). The views from the balcony including sunsets were spectacular. The Cliff is very well located with bakery, bars, restaurants, and even a grocery store near by! We will definitely be back. Thanks Miriam!
