Beautiful two-storey house with private pool and a large terrace with sea views in Los Realejos. Located in a privileged environment, surrounded by vegetation and panoramic sea views. Spacious and cosy, full of magical corners where you can breathe tranquillity, with large open spaces where you can sunbathe or enjoy the beautiful sunsets of the place. Beautifully decorated, with attention to detail, 2 bedrooms, Wifi Internet and capacity for 4 people, ideal for families.In a beautiful setting in the north of the island, this house with private pool is unique and is in a privileged location to get to know and enjoy your holidays. It is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has 300 Gb Fiber Wifi and capacity for 4 people, distributed in 2 beautiful double bedrooms, the main one with a comfortable king size bed and the second with a double bed. On the upper floor of the house, which is accessed by stairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen open to the living-dining room, TV and direct access to the luxurious outdoor space, which has a dining table, sun loungers and stunning sea views, where you can have lunch, relax, sunbathe and enjoy the surroundings and the spectacular sunsets of the north of the island. With all the comforts, it has two complete bathrooms, one on each floor, parking outside the house, private swimming pool and Wifi Internet. All surrounded by gardens with sea views, in an idyllic setting where you can breathe tranquillity, ideal for hiking enthusiasts.
The upper floor, which is accessed by stairs, has a fully equipped kitchen open to the living-dining room, TV and direct access to the outside. This space offers a dining table, hammocks and magnificent sea views, ideal for disconnecting, relaxing and enjoying the environment with the family.

The property has a kitchen, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron and hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, travel cot and high chair, internet wifi, terrace, private swimming pool, parking and much more. It is absolutely forbidden to organise parties or events in this property.

Disappointing despite stunning view from terrace

The layout of the property over 2 shared floors negated the benefits of the “large terrace with stunning sea views”. As there were only 2 of us, we were able to locate on the upper floor, losing the advantages of the main bedroom. We recognise that a few of our issues might have been addressed if we had contacted the agents. However we were so dispirited by the general offering that we could not be bothered, rather we dug in for the long haul and just got on with it. We also understand the adage that you get what you pay for – however that does not remove the need for value for money – and this was not that. A detailed review has been forwarded to the agents for the owner – we cannot recommend this property and it is certainly not value for money.

La vue est exceptionnelle.Par contre trés déçu des équipement.Sur l'annonce la cuisine était équipé d'un four,hors notre surprise quand nous somme arrivé avec le plein de courses pas de four on a etait obligé de jeter certain plat..Suite à notre réclamation l'annonce à etait modifié. La piscine n'avait pas etait nettoyé cela a etait fait le lendemain,mais il a fallut attendre quelque jour avant de s'en servir,le temps que l'eau chauffe.
