The heating in room 314 did not work, in the month of January in London it is very important to have heating in the room, the TV never worked. I reported it and even spoke with the manager, he offered me a day of free breakfast for me and my three companions because of the "inconveniences", and they offered me a room with a king size bed and a sofa. Of course I didn't change.
It didnt work for us....
It was a terrible experience, the worst thing was that you pay beforehand at Expedia and there is no way to get a refund,
