We had our family meet up at Bear Crossing(6 adults, 2 kids…and dogs!) and the place was perfect size for us all! Very clean and soo many towels for all of us! We loved the hot tub. Everyone said they slept well and beds were comfy! Extremely private and outdoor space was lovely! The Hocking Hills area was beautiful and the hiking was better than we expected. If we come back to this area again we will definitely stay here again and/or another one of their properties!!

The house was beautiful and everyone felt so comfortable. We had a great weekend! There was plenty of kitchen items, comfortable beds and we appreciated having shampoo there since we forgot ours. :)It was a perfect place for our family!

Our stay was wonderful

We had a cousins weekend the cabin was beautiful clean charming. Love the hot tub probably the only thing I heard anyone say that was remotely bad was the beds were a little hard. Someone says that.

Overall I do give 5 stars . It was a great place to stay for 10. Women. There were 10 chairs for the outside tables. But only 8 for indoor table. Downstairs family room seating for only 6. Could have used another couple folding chairs or something to use inside. For 10 people they only had four rolls of TP for our 3 night stay so do plan to bring more. We did not realize there was only 2 for each bathroom and had to make a quick emergency run!!! Watch garbage can’s outside porch as there were bungies but smarter raccoons. If you are staying there for hocking hills, to do the hikes you will want to pack lunches as it is a bit father away to go back for lunch and then return. Again Overall Making Memories is PERFECT here !!!

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable!

The cabin itself was very comfortable and quiet, a great getaway for our family at Christmas, would like to have had a Christmas tree set for the holidays, but it had everything we needed! It was nice we could have our pets with us!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! We loved how it was surrounded by woods. Enjoying the good weather and the wildlife. We loved how we were able to bring our dogs along.

Our family decided to get together for a weekend in Hocking Hills to celebrate my wife’s birthday. There were 6 adults and 1 infant plus a dog. After searching many properties, we all agreed that Bear Crossing fit the bill. The cabin was very spacious and clean. It had all of the modern amenities including a hot tub (which was very clean on our arrival. The weather cooperated with us and we were able to take advantage of the large deck. We also spent some time sitting by the fire and having cigars. The cabin only sits about 25 minutes from Old Man’s Cave which we hit on Saturday.We may make this a yearly weekend trip as we all had a great time.

Our family had a great time at cabin. The wooded setting, wood fireplace, the nice hot tub made our stay wonderful. Very clean cabin, comfortable beds.

Very nice cabin with lots of room

This property offers a very nice place to stay and the location is excellent relative to the area attractions. The cabin sits on a nice secluded spot with a very good fire pit. Porch area is big with lots of seating and is very relaxing.

Wonderful Stay!

The place was perfect for my family of 6. Check in was so easy, we got to go straight to the cabin. The place is absolutely beautiful, cozy, and private. Many beautiful hiking trails close by.

Beautiful and comfy cabin!

The cabin was beautiful and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The facility as a whole was wonderful! The driveway could be rough in inclimate weather, but we had no problems on a sunny, dry day in a minivan. We stayed here for a wedding. It would’ve been great to have a full length mirror somewhere in the cabin, even if it would be on the inside of a closet door. That is the only suggestion I have. We had everything else we needed here.
