"The breakfast menu was fresh and plentiful! Breakfast was very hearty! The parking was ample and safe! The hotel itself needs some updating, however it was clean and priced accordingly. The staff was very helpful with assisting us on places to visit or dining out selections. The staff were very friendly! I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Springfield!"

"I stayed at this hotel several times for free onsite parking and walk to Metro. However, there is often no staff at the front desk that you have to wait with uncertainty. "

"Wonderful place to stay, staff were wonderful so friendly and accommodating! Breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at a hotel. Parking lot was full, very busy hotel but still didn’t have to park to far away from hotel. Very safe location, could walk to just about any thing you wanted to eat, or they would shuttle you if needed. If we head that way for another vacation we will stay here again. "

Spots were reserved with traffic cones for hotel guests but had to move the cone to park the car. Had kareoke going until 2am. Our room was right around the corner. Very loud making it hard to sleep. Could this be included in listing to make guests aware ahead."

"I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."
