"Beautiful rustic property on the edge of the canyon. The views are unbelievable, the condors are amazing, we saw some each of the 3 days we were there. Edgar and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. Comments regarding no heat and the rooms be cold at night are quite accurate. We stayed Sept 18-20 and it was cold at night. However there are plenty of blankets and if you sleep in thermals and socks you’ll be fine. Nice shower and hot water. You can arrange taxi service to...

"The worst “hotel” imaginable. Staff have no idea what they’re doing. No wifi (i mean who needs wifi). I was told to be ready at 6 am sharp for transport to the city. It never came. The hotel reception said that in Peru when we say 6 am we really mean 7 am. Unbelievable. I only woke up at 5 am and was there 15 minutes early. I had to hitch a ride with another couple’s driver (pure luck) to get to the city, My driver is still probably on his way. The worst part is in my haste I left behind my hat....
