"There was a problem with our booking. We booked and paid on 31st December and after a 5 hour drive to the hotel with a baby and a dog didn't want to hear that I hadn't booked and that there were no rooms available. Luckily there was a no-show and we were given a twin room. Also, the booking was found on the computer. The staff, especially the South African lady on reception, were very friendly and helpful.
