Atlantic Tower Hotel Liverpool By Sunday
"Alarm went off twice at 3am in the morning. No hot water for shower. Shower water was backing up. Hairs also in the shower. Explained to staff at front desk when we were leaving and they couldn’t care less. Won’t be staying again."

"The Hotel is very clean and all rooms are very good. The staff are all very friendly and helpful from the cleaners to waiting staff and management. Definitely stay here next time I'm in Chester."

Novotel Liverpool Centre
"Good basic hotel . Nice barstaff. Location is one of its best attributes. Air Conditioning was not working and that made the room quite hot . Told reception but nothing could be done at that time. Hopefully , it will be fixed for the next customer. Rooms are well used and need a revamp ."
