▪️ Parking is limited to 1 vehicle on-site. Parking spot number 4 directly behind the same building. There's also plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood.

▪️ Property does not have AC as this is rarely an issue on the Oregon Coast. An open door and the coastal breeze is all you need

▪️ We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that negatively impacts your trip
