"We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to Henlopen State Park with Delaware Bay beach practically out the front door of the bldg. If you're a DQ fan, there's one right across the street. It was very clean & easy to communicate with Vacasa.The listing says 2 BRs plus pull out sofa in separate room, sleeping 6. There is only 1 BR, plus the pull out sofa in the separate room. It only sleeps 4.The sofa and loveseat in the main room are not comfortable for sitting...

"Property was very close with easy access to a great state park. Beach was right out the door. Would rather have keyless entry as dropping off and picking up keys at the realtor office miles away is a pain. Dining prices were high for what you got and over rated. Beach and walks at state park were great."
