"Although the room was clean and had comfortable beds. I did not expect to not see basic tea/coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was poor with no choice of any hot food, just yogurt, bread, some deli and drinks. The shuttle dropped off at the nearest bus stop which means you have to walk with luggage about 2 minutes which is okay, but with a little kid it was not very comfortable for me holding 3 suitcases and a child. Next time, I would find another property."

"Airport shuttle was not organized well, pick up was chaotic, had to wait long for the next ride late at night. People who arrived later jumped on the bus before the people who arrived in before them. Need more frequent pick up times or a larger bus.
Room was clean but hot, air conditioning was not working well."

"Ver good hotel. Just be aware you won’t find anyone before 14:30 Hrs. So if you arrive early and if the weather is not good you are out in the open with nowhere to go.
Lighting in the rooms could also improve but other than that a wonderful place to stay. I will definitely be staying here in the future ( as long as I arrive after 1430 !! )"

"Das Zimmer war neu saniert und sehr sauber. Super Lage - im Süden - Nachteil sehr warm und keine Klimaanlage - daher etwas hot in der Nacht.
Kostenlose Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, was mit der Buchungsgrund war und auch das kostenlose Frühstück, welches jetzt nicht so erwähnenswert ist, aber für mich war es ausreichend, um in den Tag zu starten. Alles in Allem würde ich es für eine Nacht wieder buchen."

Multiple times that the room is cleaned without filling back the coffee and sugar which is not a bad deal
But coming back to the hotel after a long day and just asking for a bottle of water to be told that I have to be a member in Hyatt to get a bottle of water. I was lucky she gave to me for free then I go...

Gute Restaurants findet man am Schlossplatz - 10 min. zu Fuß am Main entlang. Rein äußerlich ist Höchst kein deutscher Ort mehr."

"Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist Klasse. Zimmer sind sauber, Bett ist bequem. Bad ist okay, sauber aber nicht modern. Es wird aber scheinbar renoviert. Ein Teil des Hotels ist abgesperrt. Man h ört aber kein Lärm. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze sind Klasse. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder. "
