"Excellent location - within walking distance to everything. Clean and spacious. Communicating via the Expedia app was cumbersome. Links/hyperlinks do not work in the app and you can’t even cut & paste them. Parking is an issue, too. We received a parking ticket for overnight parking, which was not clear at the parking meter."

"I called and used your app to communicate about my booking. The management company you had on file said they no longer manage. I had to make other arrangements to stay for the 3 days. They did reach out the day I was supposed to check in at 11 PM, mind you, saying they would honor my reservation. Hell, I had to book a stay somewhere else. Said they would look into getting me a refund! NOPE...no communication."

"We arrived early by 2 hours at had to finish drying sheets. The condo was hot and fan going full speed. Air conditioner did not work. Called host and she said she would have someone come look at it. Never happened. Also host told us she was having trouble with front door lock before we checked in. We could never get door locked ! Made us very nervous and had to leave entire condo unlocked for our stay. Called host and was never addressed. We feel Host knew both problems before we checked...
