Our properties at 'The Woodlands at Hocking Hills' have been our answer to serenity, slowing down time, and intentionally engaging and enjoying each other's company. We hope it will be a space that inspires you to do the same!

Hocking County is a very rural county with curvy and hilly roads that require cautious driving. The roads leading to the cabin are paved two-lane highways along with 1 ½ lane gravel scenic roads that may require a 4-wheel drive during inclement weather or any significant snowfall. There are no refunds due to inclement weather.

The cabin is equipped with Frontier Internet and 3 TVs with streaming capabilities. We’ve worked to provide the best internet experience possible in our rural location. With that said, this service can sometimes be erratic and internet speeds can vary depending on network usage and satellite strength. No refunds will be issued for internet service problems.
*Driveway parking is available for 4-5 cars. The beautiful drive to the cabin is on paved and non-paved surfaces. Guests may require a 4-wheel drive vehicle during inclement weather or any significant snowfall. Otherwise, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is not needed.
*Outdoor standard outlet located by parking for convenient car charging. We recommend you bring your own car charger and extension cord if needed.

*The property requires stairs to enter the home. Additionally, there are stairs going down to the basement and STEEP stairs that lead upstairs to the 2nd story bedroom and down to the fire pit from the back deck.
*The tap water on this property is well water.
*Please note we Do Not provide firewood for the outdoor fire pit.
*For each booking, a nonrefundable $50 will be added for an accidental rental damage waiver fee.
*Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund (with the exception of the 10% credit card processing fee).
Cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before arrival. No refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather. All changes and/or cancellations to reservations must be completed in writing to property owners prior to the appropriate stated cancellation deadline.
*After booking, guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and sign our standard rental agreement prior to check-in. These are required for all reservations and are used to confirm guest details, house rules, occupancy limits, and acknowledgement of amenities. Please note: Check-in instructions and property details are provided once the pre-arrival form is completed and the rental agreement is signed. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out before booking.
