Welcome to Hemingway, a spacious, newly built cabin with a private hot tub, designed for families, couples, or small groups. Modern amenities and timeless décor make it an easy, comfortable escape.

All Notestone Reserve cabins are dog-friendly, so your pup is welcome too.

• Main Floor Queen Bedroom: Calm and thoughtfully styled with natural textures and comfortable bedding.
• King Loft: Vaulted ceilings create an open, airy sleeping space that still feels cozy.
• Lower-Level King Bedroom: Quiet and tucked away, designed for restful, uninterrupted sleep.

• Private Hot Tub: Relax beneath the trees in a peaceful wooded setting.
• Fire Pit: Ideal for s’mores, stargazing, and evening conversations.
• Gas Grill: Easy outdoor cooking in a quiet, natural environment.
• Covered Deck: Comfortable seating with views of the surrounding woods.

• Fully equipped kitchen for everyday meals
(please note: no dishwasher or garbage disposal)
• Bright living spaces with ample natural light
• Main Level: Large kitchen island with seating for four, plus a dining table for three
• Lower Level: Game table, arcade machine, kids’ toys, books, and board/card games
• Two separate living areas provide space for both relaxation and play

Guests may also enjoy access to our shared game barn, featuring:

Hemingway is part of a small collection of thoughtfully designed homes at Notestone Reserve. The property is intentionally arranged to offer a welcoming shared atmosphere while still providing private outdoor spaces and a peaceful sense of retreat.

• Up to two dogs welcome ($100 pet fee; one crate provided)
• Dogs must be leashed outdoors and kept off furniture
• Free satellite WiFi; speeds may vary due to our rural location
• Wooded setting means occasional insects or wildlife sightings
• No parties, events, smoking, glitter, fireworks, hunting, or weapons
• Only registered guests allowed on the property
• Septic system: toilet paper only; no food in sinks
• Hot tub rules apply (cover on when not in use)

📋 Prior to Your Stay

A signed renter agreement is required. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed and released within five days after checkout, pending no damage or rule violations.
