"Room was OK, vaniy unit had a large crac in it, also the tap is showing h for hot water and c for cold but is coonected in the opposite, you turn it to c for cold and could burn yourself, the water is very hot, value for price"

Mantra Charles Hotel Launceston
"This has been my second stay in a week and have stayed here a few times and everytime I will travel back home to Tasmania I will be staying at the Mantra Charles the Staff are so friendly and welcoming and helpful A Wonderful place to stay when in Launceston"

"Tha bed sheets were white and looked clean. The walls were freshly painted. The toilet cracked stained and the plastic seat and systern were fit only for a prison. Being very old missfitting and the plastic crazed the cystern leaked and had to be Turner off to allow sleeping the windows x2 only one ..."
