"Enjoyed our stay! Townhouse community appeared new, townhouse was clean, comfortable & seasonal decorations were a nice touch! Will rent again in the future! Host communication was excellent. Grocery store was in walking distance. Other stores within 10 miles."

"Property had a grateful kitchen with just enough utensils, frying pans things that you would need if you prepare your own food during your stay. The property does not have a lot of amenities, but if you’re not into amenities, it doesn’t matter. It’s in a great location central to all things Sarasota and Siesta key."

"It's not on the beach. It's near to the beach, but not on the island and you need to drive to get to the beach.
The owner came to the rental while we were out, which was a bit creepy. They just emptied the recyclable garbage, but it was weird that someone had been there while we were gone. There was a bathroom light out that didn't get changed, and the sheets were upside down and I had to remake the bed. It was clean and newly remodeled. There is no stove or oven, and no dishwasher. There is a ...

"Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
Condo was cheaper than advertised. Bed was at a such an angle you are almost sliding off, seems like it’s 30 years old and from a motel 6. However IIt was nice to step outside onto the beach, really enjoyed that convenient access...
