"A great hotel for the time I was there. Clean room, friendly staff"

"We arrived an hour before check in and were told no rooms were yet available, but the desk agent could provide an upgraded room for a specific amount. It ended up costing another $216 more on top of the $50. a night resort fee. While I’m sure the front desk agent explained it, I just didn’t see what the upgrade was once getting to the room and I felt almost as if it was a bait & switch. "The check in / out was in a building 1/2 mile away. I don’t think our rooms A/C was working because it was set at 70 degrees but I woke up hot and the room was 77 degrees. Luckily the night was cool and I was able to open the door for fresh cool air. I only stayed one night."

"The property is so beautiful I didn’t wanna leave. I nearly almost cried. I enjoyed the Mickey Mouse breakfast and the people are very friendly and nice and it’s a very family oriented hotel. I will be back again for my third time soon."

"This place is huge! Rooms smelled humid and when I reported roaches in the room, they immediately switched us rooms but found the same issue in the new room a few buildings over. Spoke to a manager who said she would refund us a night, but turns out she only refunded the resort fees since they also gave us a voucher for the breakfast bar. Would not come back. Also be ready to have a lady promising a free gift in return for a timeshare presentation."

"So only stayed one night. Property is clean, staff -I only met security as I checked in late, was friendly. The housekeeping staff is excellent! There was a mishap, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault but an ?intruder knocked on my door 3 times at 230am. As I was a woman alone with 2 kids, I was so shaken up.
