"Very very clean hotel with excellent customer service, strongly recommend!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely perfect! Everything was fantastic, the service was impeccable, and not a single thing went wrong—which is suspiciously rare these days! 😂 Highly recommended if you want a wonderful stay without needing a vacation to recover from your race"

"Guess I wasn't prepared for what I was to find while visiting. Perhaps it was because we had all just survived a long, hot Texas summer. However, the tranquility and beauty were healing to the soul. I kept thinking, "how did I not know of this place before". I'm not even sure I want to share it with friends as I never want it to change. Thank you to the family/team whom make this oasis so special. It truly is a site for sore eyes. Peace in the valley does exist."

"Very clean property. Rooms we clean and beds comfortable."

"It was a cute place! Nice and quiet, we enjoyed our stay this year and will look forward to future stays."

"Everything was great. The room had a couple of minor repairs that the front desk turned into the maintenance department. No problem. Breakfast was delicious."

"The staff was outstanding, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we had dinner one night and the steaks were excellent. "Nice place, good breakfast"

"Sweet property and love that it’s dog friendly"

"This place smelled like azs. When you walk in in the front door it smells like sewer or someone that has not showered in a few weeks. I could not wait to wake up and get out of this place."

"Best Hotel Ever! So unique! It is a destination in itself!! Can’t wait to return!"

"Excelente"

"Clean room great bed & very helpful staff. Exercise room could use better equipment"

"We stayed there 15 years ago and it was a lovely experience but most if the fun things have been eliminated (i.e. zip line, barn dances, food). It's pretty isolated with no food available at the location but a real good cafe in Grandview (R&K) for meals. Hayliegh the office person was very helpful."

"The hotel was fine for a night. We booked the garden tub room, it is outdated for sure the pictures showed that. The room smelled of smoke (non smoking property). The fridge had food left over from previous guest and an almost empty bottle of booze in the freezer. Not the best not the worst. Cold breakfast, or grab and go. :/ charged me for my service dog. Just not the best experience for the price."
