  • ¡Esta encantadora villa de una sola planta, con hermosas plantas y trepadores en su pintoresca entrada principal, tiene un ambiente luminoso y acogedor y el salón y el jardín tienen vistas al mar para morirse!

    El hall de entrada tiene un baño de visitas a la izquierda, y luego a la derecha está la atractiva cocina con sus impecables unidades blancas y bonitas baldosas pintadas a mano. La cocina está bien equipada con horno eléctrico y vitrocerámica, microondas, nevera / congelador, hervidor eléctrico, tostadora, cafetera, vajilla y utensilios amplios y lavadora. Está bien equipado con vajilla, utensilios, ollas y sartenes y se encuentra al lado de la sala de estar.

    El luminoso y atractivo salón cuenta con cómodos asientos en forma de L, una chimenea semicircular de estilo tradicional y muchos toques deliciosos. El comedor tiene una mesa de comedor circular con capacidad para 4. El salón tiene vistas al mar y puertas que se abren al espacioso patio soleado exterior.

    Una zona de barbacoa y preparación incorporada se encuentra a las afueras de la sala de estar y cuenta con elegantes sillones de patio con cojines gruesos para que pueda relajarse a la sombra parcial y disfrutar de las vistas con comodidad. Hay TV con una buena selección de canales internacionales y un reproductor de DVD y hay conexión Wi-Fi gratuita.

    Las dos habitaciones son luminosas y están amuebladas de forma atractiva, ambas tienen camas dobles y cada habitación se abre al gran patio soleado cerca de la piscina. (Nota: si prefiere camas individuales en cualquiera de las habitaciones, puede solicitarlo con anticipación).

    Ubicado junto a las habitaciones, el baño principal recientemente renovado tiene una ducha, bidet e inodoro.

    Hay un amplio estacionamiento dentro de las puertas en el área pavimentada en frente de la villa, y un camino con una puerta al costado de la casa conduce al área de la piscina en la parte trasera. Desde el gran patio bañado por el sol y el área de la piscina, hay escalones que conducen a un área de césped bien cuidada que está rodeada de arbustos maduros e incluso un limonero.

    ¡Esta villa es una joya absoluta y un lugar maravilloso para unas vacaciones familiares o para una pareja que desea un retiro privado especial al sol!

    Todas las sábanas y toallas se proporcionan sin costo adicional.
    Las toallas se cambian a mediados de semana y las sábanas se cambian al final de la semana.
    Cuna y trona disponibles bajo petición sin cargo adicional.

Fantastische villa met heerlijk zwembad met uitzicht op zee! Alles goed onderhouden, leuk ingericht en schoon. Contact met de eigenaren verliep prettig. Kortom fantastische vakantie gehad in deze heerlijke villa in prachtige omgeving!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch und der Blick aufs Meer unglaublich.Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir schöne Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Es ist alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Betten sind sehr hart und ein Topper wäre toll. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, aber die Schränke riechen muffig. Die Kleiderschränke ebenfalls, so dass wir unsere Kleidung im Koffer gelassen haben. Die Bäder sind modern und schön. Der Pool ist super, allerdings führt ein Kabel quer über dem Pool. Leider konnte uns niemand sagen was es für ein Kabel ist. Ich würde empfehlen, dass es umgelegt wird, da es mit Sicherheit Strom führt.Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, ob der Preis gerechtfertigt ist, lasse ich mal offen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und die Betreuung Vorort war sehr gut. Im Poolbereich könnte ein bisschen frische Farbe an den Wänden es noch schöner machen. Die Baustelle nebenan lag während unseres Aufenthaltes brach. Es war sehr ruhig.

Lovely property, clean and modern inside with nice bathrooms and kitchen. Pool area is fantastic with a great sized swimming pool, however it is looking a little tired in places. Very simple check in and check out. No issues at all throughout the holiday.

Calme

La maison est très bien pensée et joliment décorée. La piscine vue océan est splendide et très agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Algarve. Roger est adorable et la personne qui gère en leur absence (Clara) est aux petits soins et vraiment réactive. Réservez sans hésiter!

Fijne communicatie met verhuurder.En de woning...precies wat wij zoeken. En werd ook zo in de advertentie vermeld.Keuken iets verouderd, maar alles was er en functioneerde.Badkamer en separaat toilet waren gerenoveerd. Mooi.We hebben genoten van het zwembad ( misschien iets aanleveren qua luchtbedden oid?).En heerlijk gegrild op de bbq. En niet te vergeten: een fantastisch uitzicht

Fabulous Flat

what an absolutely charming little flat. we couldn’t have asked for anything better. the location was perfect - a wonderful stroll to the town - having our own pool was a real treat though too chilly to swim hanging out beside it with a lovely beverage was perfect - had a few barbecues in the evening and enjoyed many local restaurants. the flat was clean and cozy and had everything you needed - just like home 😊 thank you and we will be recommending it to our friends

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus in Luz in einer netten Wohngegend mit Ferien- und Einfamilienhäusern. Gute Restaurants fußläufig in ca. 15-25 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben den Blick aufs Meer und den schönen Pool sehr genossen. Ein Auto kann im Grundstück geparkt werden, das war bei der engen Zufahrtsstraße sehr vorteilhaft. Wir hätten uns nur eine bessere Küchenausstattung und einen Geschirrspüler gewünscht, sonst war alles prima.

Very nice house, great pool!

We loved the house and the quiet surroundings. Especially the pool was great of course. Overall, the house needs some work, some things need to be replaced (which would be an easy thing to do - for example a new parasol with a functioning "foot"/holder or some new and matching plates/glasses). Also the cupboards were a bit musty. But overall our stay was great and we enjoyed everything!

The terrace and pool area were very peaceful and relaxing, and benefited from the amazing, panoramic sea view; this was our favourite thing about the villa!Both beds were very comfortable and, while there isn't any air-conditioning, the property stayed cool throughout the day and night. The kitchen was sufficiently well-equipped for our purposes and we made good use of the orange-juicer and the coffee percolator! Comfy sofa and we also made use of the small library of books.Shops and restaurants were close by - and access to the fabulous walk from Luz to Porto Da Mos - but the property was beautifully quiet throughout the whole day. We all slept very well!The booking and checking-in process was straightforward and any questions we had during the stay were dealt with swiftly. All in all, would recommend for a relaxing, comfortable stay.

Gemütliches Sommerhaus

Ein gemütliches Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Unterhalt vom Pool und die Putzequipe sind wöchentlich gekommen und es gab alles, was man braucht. Leider war das Haus feucht und ein bisschen muffelig, wahrscheinlich weil es bereits November war.

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage und vor allem der Blick aufs Meer waren toll. Im Großen und Ganzen entspricht das Haus den Bildern in der Anzeige, wobei man hier und da schon sieht, dass das Haus kein Neubau mehr ist. Das sind jedoch Kleinigkeiten, die dem Wohlfühlen in nichts entgegenstehen. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte man etwas Verbessern, vor allem scharfe Messer und eine Spülmaschine! Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und nach der ersten Woche kam sogar jemand und hat die Bettwäsche gewechselt, neue Handtücher gebracht und geputzt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut zu finden mit abgeschlossenem Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zusätzlich zu einem Bad (übrigens mit hervorragendem Wasserdruck und mega heissem Wasser) noch mit einer großen Gästetoilette bietet es viel Platz und besonders das Wohnzimmer ist auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Anders als wir es von diversen anderen Ferienwohnungen kennen gab es weder Salz und Pfeffer, noch Öl und auch keine Rolle Küchenpapier, sowie weder Putzmittel auch kein kleines Töpfchen Waschmittel für die vorhandene Waschmaschine, so dass wir diese Grundausstattung samt Spüllappen kaufen mussten. Überraschenderweise, aber das hatten wir wohl bei der Buchung übersehen, wurde nach der Hälfte der Zeit das Haus geputzt und die Betten neu bezogen, was ganz toll war, auch der "Poolboy" war da, obwohl wir den schönen Pool wegen anhaltend schlechtem Wetter leider nicht nutzten konnten. Die Gartenmauern um den Pool herum könnten allerdings mal einen neuen Anstrich vertragen, damit der Garten mit Terrasse auch zur Geltung kommt. Alles in Allem haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus wieder buchen!

The listing is very accurate The villa is well positioned to be quiet & peaceful but within a short walk into the centre of Luz.It’s easy to find and directions given were good but we relied on google maps which was perfect. The pool is a good size and very clean, the garden is large and nicely stocked with trees & shrubs.The view from the patio area is lovely. I’ve noted a couple of other reviews mention that the outside furniture is dated and I agree. The sun loungers are ok but the table & chairs and the two outdoor armchairs have seen better days and are not very comfortable.Internally the sofa & chair in the lounge is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The double bed is not very comfortable and that’s a personal preference (I don’t usually find comfy beds in rentals), however the white wardrobes in the bedrooms could do with repainting, especially around the handles.Overall the house is lovely and with a tiny little bit of TLC and new outdoor furniture it would definitely be an easy 5/5

Lovely villa in quiet location

Lovely villa in a quiet location with large pool. The villa has large grounds and a pool which we enjoyed immensely. There are some basics that I would update and provide myself if I was renting out - the instruction guide for the villa has not been updated since 2016 and was not correct. The cooker was hard to get working and you need to switch the timer on for it to work (no instructions provided), it referenced a bag of charcoal being provided for the barbecue but was not. No access to any cleaning materials you are expected to buy everything. I would not mind but the instructions state that leaving garlic overnight in the toilet helps with blockages. The villa is a short walk into Luz and I cannot fault the location. Nice family villa but would recommend some updates to the guide.

Beautiful villa with amazing sea views

The villa is just as advertised & is in a lovely quiet location. The interior is modern and comfortable and the pool is large and well kept along with the beautiful gardens. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants although there are a couple a little closer one which was good for breakfast. The resort is quiet just right for relaxing. Great communication prior to arrival made arrival and departure easy. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable stay.

This property was just as advertised. It is located about 15 minutes walk from the beach but there are restaurants closer. A quietish with only one British bar which was easily avoided. Beach was sandy and looked safe. Was quite hot for early May with temps in high 20s. The property was comfortable and had what we needed. Enjoyed barbeque by the pool.

Absolutely a beautiful property. Close to stores, nice restaurants near by.

We all had a lovely time together. The house is very nice and accommodating. Beautiful ocean views. Nice place for peace and relaxing. However, there was a bit of an ant problem.

Great location

Very peaceful location, but easy walking distance into the town. A bit more crockery would have been useful, and we found the beds very firm and therefore uncomfortable, but I guess that is personal taste. Towels are also a bit tired. Great comms prior to our outbound journey, great directions, and good tips on places to eat and visit. If you stay here and have a car, I recommend exploring the west coast.
