"I have used Holiday Inn on several occasions and I have never encountered a place like this. The bathroom was uncomfortable, unclean, the common areas were dirty, but the worst of all was that there were children running around everywhere and knocking on the doors. We had to notify security... all night long there was shouting, they were knocking on the doors. It was really a high price to pay for the terrible service we received."
