"Staff were so helpful and kind. Coffee and breakfast provided outside with a beautiful view of the property and hill behind. Chairs and towels available to borrow for beach days . We had a great stay and are so glad we came . Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing location yet so close to all the shops, restaurants and beaches. What a great vacation we had!"

"Great value. Rini at the front desk was so sweet and made coffee every day. There were also beach towels, all the amenities, and it was clean! Hotels like the Hotel Coral Reef I could not say the same for."

"Only positive thing-room was clean. Overall view-the accommodations looked like a jail cell. No windows to speak of. The air conditioner lacked controls. Would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy. Have second thoughts of using Expedia in the future."

"Super Lage, freundliche Atmosphäre, Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten, schöne Zimmer leider etwas modrig und schmutzige Fensterscheiben und Balkon Preisleistung ok Schöner gepflegter Garten und schöne Pool Anlage, Parkplatz vor der Tür und sehr schöne Anblick wie die Familie am Abend zusammen Sitz t Mahalo"

"Everyone was very thoughtful, thorough, and helpful. The front desk staff was especially attentive."

"Staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are very modern and clean."

"1. This is a privately owned unit 2417 within the resort and as such, the resort hands you key bracelets and you are on your own from there. No services from staff for your unit. 2. Upon arrival, the door to 2417 has the closer set much to tightly so it requires brute force to open and a shoulder to prevent slammed closures. 3. Serious neglect regarding painting of walls, ceiling and trim. The bottom of the bathroom door trim is rusted out and the door glide is missing. 4. The shower curtain is...

"Clean and great location."

"Clean rooms, beautiful property. We loved the music at night by the bar!"

"Die Lage war super, alles in Kauai war sehr gut erreichbar. Genug Parkplätze direkt vor Ort. Das Zimmer bzw Apartment war sehr groß und total schön. Nebenan war direkt der Coconut Market super zum durchgehen. Die Küche war auch komplett ausgestattet."

"If you go to Kauai, you have to stay at 1 hotel, it is unparalleled with their staff and the overall experience. Beautiful grounds, beautiful room, beautiful views, and we could not have asked for more. We will always stay here when in Hawaii!"

"Professional staff. Clean room. Relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful property."

"We are checking out today after a two week stay. It has been wonderful! The reason I scored a four overall was because the exhaust fan from the room below made a humming noise in our master bedroom closet. We had to run the air conditioner to offset the sound. We did report it, but it happened multiple times so I doubt there’s anything they can do about it. Also, they do have one very nice pool, but the maximum depth is 4 1/2 feet. They offer water aerobics, but the pool was not deep enough to...

"Our experience at the Westin Princeville during the hurricane was incredibly disappointing, and what happened afterward made it way worse. Because of the hurricane and resulting conditions on Kauai, we were effectively stranded at the hotel for an additional two days. We had no choice but to extend our stay because travel and road conditions made it impossible for us to leave as planned. I understand that Marriott did not cause the hurricane and I never expected the hotel to somehow be...

"No air conditioning. Parking and resort fees were money grabs. Good location"

"We were initially placed in a hallway where construction was taking place, and the room was quite dusty. Thankfully, we were able to move to a different floor, which was much nicer, although it was right next to a very loud elevator. The pool area was beautiful, but the layout was inconvenient. You have to walk through the cold pool to access three of the hot tubs, which wasn’t ideal. We also ate at the poolside restaurant, and while the food was great, the pigeons were aggressive and...
