"It’s ok hotel."

"Customer service was amazing. Very helpful. First time visitor to Santiago, one of their staff help me navigate to the proper driving access and parking. I thought I would be spending the night in my car, but they were very helpful to figure out where the hotel was located in the confusing tunnel system and central park that Santiago has. Upon check-in, they took care of everything and offered me a hot tea. I was so grateful for their service."

"Clean room, kind staff at breakfast and well located."

"Excellent hotel, great ubication, self parking (this is like gold in Chile) the staff is highly helpful."

"Muy lindo Lo recomiendo y siempre que voy a Santiago vuelvo"

"Beautiful hotel boutique. Home away from home Breakfast is awesome"

"My room was great. The location is fantastic. The only downside was that the upper level restaurant and pool facilities, etc were all closed down for construction. While this is completely understandable, it would have been nice to have been told this in advance while there was still time to cancel and book a different hotel with a view. Also, the breakfast was good, but if you are planning early morning tours then you might want to reconsider as they did not offer take-away options or anything...

"We loved this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with lots pf variety. The pool was clean and warm. They also have a small sauna. The only problem we encountered was a rude staff at the restaurant who accused us of taking food for the room because we had a covered sandwich for a family member who was coming late. The supervisor was informed and dealt with the situation while apologizing."

"Property was getting old and needs rebuilding"

"The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was amazing near the Costanera Center, highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Santiago. Would definitely go back :)"

"I like this place we'll locate it"

"Hotel bien ubicado, a 300 m del Shopping Cenco Costanera. Habitación (#21) limpia, sin A.A., calefaccionado x losa radiante; no sé, cómo se refrigera en verano. Buen desayuno. Personal atento y amable, excepto una empleada de recepción. Restaurante con menú gourmet y precios accesibles. Recomendable, si la tarifa es conveniente y dentro del presupuesto."
