The road to the nearest waterfall was closed for repairs. The door to one of our room 7 family suite balconies was broken and barely possible to open or securely close which made cooling the room difficult in the 35C heat. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und das Frühstücksbuffet zwar in der Summe nicht so abwechslungsreich, aber immer wohlschmeckend mit frischen Waren. Ebenso war das Restaurant für unsere Geschmäcker gut. Das Hotel lag für uns günstig am Bahnhof… von dort kann man alle Highlights des Landkreises mit Bus/Zug erreichen."

Would recommend the front side of hotel if you go to bed on the early side as the back side was a little noisy because there is a restaurant or business."

"The hotel is amazing. The lady at the front desk was not that friendly and if you are traveling with kids, they may not use the pools after 18:00 hrs and it closes at 20:00. I do not remember paying less money for the kids, so did not understand why they could not use the facilities. Other than that, it is very nice."
