The breakfast staff members were amazing. There is the one lady that worked the after desk that’s horrific. She needs a new career because she is miserable and mad at the world. The young man told us he would get us more train tickets to come back in 5 minutes because we extended our stay. I come back...

"We were greeted at the reception by a friendly lady and even though we were early, we got to check in. There was a welcoming plate of cookies at the reception which proved to be a delight for my daughter. We got a family accommodation and it was two separate rooms with separate bathrooms. Pleasantly surprised by that. Very clean rooms. The walking distance to places was close enough - to the train station, to the river and to the city centre. "

"Seh angenehmes Hotel mit schönem Design der Lobby und des Zimmers. Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und professionell. Man fühlt sich als Gast sehr wohl. Alles ist gut organisiert und durchdacht. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, bei dem immer nachgelegt wird. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten nah am Hotel. Ingesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und eine klare Empfehlung."

"Lovely friendly hotel - staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful. We felt very welcome with our toddler. Our room was large and warm with a beautiful view of the mountains. Easy parking, delicious breakfast, excellent food at the hotel restaurant and within easy reach of Salzburg and nearby winter sports. Would recommend and stay again!"
