  • Relájese en este hermoso 2 pisos, 3 dormitorios / 3. Casa de 5 baños, más de 2500 pies cuadrados ubicada en el corazón de La Jolla Village. Esta casa ofrece vistas de 180 grados al océano desde una terraza privada en la azotea, un patio trasero, varias opciones para dormir y camas, lavandería en las instalaciones y estacionamiento gratuito para 2 autos en el garaje para los huéspedes.

    Disfruta de un estilo de vida costero y de playa con todo a solo unos pasos. Puede caminar a playas, restaurantes, tiendas y mucho más cuando se hospede aquí con nosotros en la hermosa La Jolla.

    Esta es una casa en la que se ha vivido, lo que significa que habrá un desgaste normal. Ofrecemos artículos de tocador básicos y artículos que pueda necesitar. Si tiene más preguntas sobre cómo se ve el espacio, ¡no dude en preguntar!

    ZONAS COMUNES (planta primera):
    - Cocina * (con nevera integrada bajo cero, encimeras de granito)
    - Rincón de desayuno
    - Sala de estar con sofá y TV.
    - Tocador con mesa de comedor.
    - Un (medio) baño.

    * Disponemos de menaje de cocina básico. Esto incluye artículos como platos, tazas, utensilios, ollas y sartenes. Es posible que no tengamos artículos más específicos como "suministros de bar", "hilanderos", "fabricantes de ensaladas", etc. ¡Pregunta si no estás seguro!

    Para su comodidad y flexibilidad, otras dos habitaciones (dens) en el primer piso están equipadas con camas y arreglos para dormir (vea las fotos con la etiqueta "sala común / estudio" y la sección "arreglos para dormir"). Nota: Estas habitaciones no tienen puertas.

    También hay un juego de muebles de exterior en el patio trasero para que usted y sus amigos / familiares se relajen durante el día.

Best location to be able to walk to the grocery store as well as a variety of different restaurants, shopping and activities!

Excellent location, lots of food and beautiful beach both within walking distance. Inside of property is spacious, beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen, bathrooms, laundry well stocked. Inside of the home is outdated and a bit worn. Part of the ceiling leaked when one of the upstairs showers was utilized, one of the toilets wasn't usable, one of the window screens bent so I was reluctant to open the window, a couple pillow cases yellow and stained. Two car garage best suited for small vehicles.

Welcoming to pets, well appointed kitchen. Rooftop space was fun and beautiful views of the ocean. Ideal for families. Very walkable to restaurants. Host very responsive.

Everything went smoothly with no issues! Check in was easy, awesome having a garage to park in, plenty of sleeping areas and towels. And loved that there was enough cleaning materials (paper towels, soap, laundry, garbage bags). Second time staying in this house, would go again

La Jolla Beach Village Serenity exceeded our expectations for location, cleanliness, space, and value. We are a family of five and the amenities this location offers was perfect for our stay that included a full kitchen and laundry. The communication with our host was great, check-in was easy, and follow-up to questions were quick, very responsive. This was our first stay in the San Diego/La Jolla area and La Jolla Beach Village Serenity made our stay even better as it was easy to navigate and travel to all the places we wanted to see during our stay. Thank you to our host for the hospitality, it was appreciated and we’d recommend staying at La Jolla Beach Village Serenity to others.

Comfortable La Jolla Home

Our family of 4 had a great stay in the heart of La Jolla. Everything was within walking distance: restaurants, the beach, La Jolla Cove, and much more. Hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Great stay

This house was wonderful and spacious. Very clean and well stocked. It was nice to have garage parking. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Central to great shops and restaurants.

Great family home at perfect location!

We loved our stay at this property. Our family came into SD for a sport tournament at Del Mar and really appreciated how clean & comfortable the home was. The location was perfect to walk to restaurants or to the Marine Street beach. We really enjoyed having coffee on the rooftop deck in the morning as well. We will definitely visit and hope to stay here again.

Vacation Getaway

This house was perfect in every way, with more than enough room for everyone. Very clean and it had everything you needed to keep you comfortable. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Central to everywhere we needed to go, and surrounded by great local restaurants.

Awesome house

I fell in love with this home. The pictures do not do it justice I was super impressed with the cleanliness and how roomy the place was. It has everything you need to make you feel at home and is so close to all the major attractions would definitely stay here again

Nice house in excellent La Jolla location

The house feels surprisingly large for the listed square footage. We were eight adults and some dogs staying for a week and we were very comfortable. The dining room and the patio table seat eight each. There are plenty of restaurants within few blocks, The sea and some beaches are within 15 min walk. The house is a bit shabby and shows some rug stains, but that is normal for properties that allow dogs. All appliances work and there were no plumbing or electrical problems. Overall a pleasant vacation.
