"Upper-scale hotel with quality furnishings and amenities. The rooms are a fair size by European standards but rather small by North American standards. Some rooms require negotiating a series of half-length staircases with your luggage, but the staff are willing to assist."

Riva Hotel The Hague
"Hotel is good, no issues with staff. Negative point is there is no laundry. I asked the staff if they can get it done and for basic laundry it costed me 60 euros. Which is a big turn off."
