"Manager Michael and all the staff at reception were exceptional in getting our two harbour view rooms close together on same floor. Michael even escorted us to the rooms to make sure we were happy with them, and they were perfect!
Location on the Esplanade Lagoon swimming park was fantastic for our family because our 6 year old grandson loved the swimming.

"The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the towels were soft and fluffy. I appreciated receiving a text message asking if I needed anything during my stay, it was convenient to be able to communicate that way. Both the front desk staff and the breakfast staff were friendly, and it made me feel I’d like to stay again. Thank you. :) "

"A Cozy and Relaxing Getaway in Cairns!
As a traveler from the USA, I was looking for a cozy and relaxing place to unwind during my holiday in Cairns—and this hotel absolutely delivered.
The service was exceptional—top marks all around. The staff were attentive and made me feel right at home. Cleanliness was also impeccable, with fresh sheets, fluffy towels, and spotless rooms throughout my stay.
