It takes only 9 minutes by car to reach the shopping center, and the route to the city's market square with its beautiful architecture, numerous dining, service and shopping establishments and magnificent monuments takes about a quarter of an hour. It takes 11 minutes to reach the railway station, and 19 minutes to reach the airport. Just a 5-6 minute drive away is a tennis court. Lovers of greenery and regular workouts can go to a nearby park with an outdoor gym - you can walk there in 13 minutes. The room opens onto a furnished balcony - an outdoor table and two chairs make it easy for guests to enjoy their morning coffee or snack overlooking the countryside. Meals can be prepared easily and quickly in the functionally equipped kitchenette, which has appliances such as an induction hob, oven, pressure coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher or refrigerator with freezer. In the bathroom, a welcome toiletries set with towels, washing machine, shower and hair dryer await guests. Air conditioning is also available in the apartment.
