"The most immaculately clean dog friendly hotel room I have ever visited. Absolute bonus having the complimentary spa use, the pool was lovely and warm and the jacuzzi was a dream. The food from the bar was delicious with many gluten free options. Tasha served us our food and she was a star so helpful and friendly. The only suggestion I could give to improve is modernising the hallways a little and improving the appearance of the room windows from the outside as they looked a little underwhelming...

"I have stayed at Inglewood Manor many times. The grounds are spectacular and a true "heaven" after a hard day’s work. Rooms are outstanding and clean with firm mattresses that are just right for me. WiFi was OK.
However, service this stay was a let down. At check-in, there was an issue with my Expedia VIP voucher. I find it frustrating that Expedia advertises these if the hotel doesn't honor them. I got frustrated because of the principle of being promised something. The staff member eventually...

"Nice location. Everything fine. Nice to have 2 chairs in a double room, often other places only provide 1. I have no problems with anything here, but if you're looking for points for improving ratings, I'd say TV could have been bigger (couldn't really watch it from the bed in room 6), and it would have been nice to be able to help yourself to breakfast items like cereals, milk, juice."

I stayed one night, midweek.
I made use of the spa, which was absolutely gorgeous.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. The lady at check-in was so warm and welcoming.
Room has everything you need including fridge with complementary water, coffee machine, hairdryer, and toiletries.
Cannot wait to stay again"

"Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for.
Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly.
Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much.
Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. "

"We have been coming here every year for the last 10 years. Decor hasn’t changed and really is in need of a refurb now.
Breakfast was also really disappointing this year, no decent hot drinks unless you paid for them in addition to a hot breakfast.
Also VERY surprised having to pay for breakfast before leaving the restaurant (rather than at check out)
This used to be the gold standard hotel to stay at for the races but not now I’m afraid."
