"We were told by the lady at the front desk that we had a free dinner with our stay, but the restaurant in the hotel said we did not. However, we were charged for the stay with that amenity and it was never received. Therfore, we essentially paid for our dinner twice."

You will NOT be staying in the house shown in the picture, but in the motel complex at the back. Continental breakfast is good value. "On arrival there was road works outside the hotel which we were unaware of. I had messaged to ask where to park but got no answer. The parking is payable across the road and behind some houses. The hotel building is very old and the bar area is quite nice. The two young lads on the bar were very nice and friendly. The room we had was in need of decoration and updating, not in good shape. We had drinking facilities provided but I’d advise take your own as the ones given were to certain tastes....
