This home is sure to please everyone - The OCEAN is 150 ft away. You truly feel like you are right on the OCEAN. The beaches of Duck are clean and spacious.

To the West your walk through our neighborhood brings you to the heart of DUCK. You can spend your time walking to the Boardwalk filled with shopping, restaurants and bars

If you chose to stay in, this home has all of the amenities you will need for a relaxing and memory filled vacation. There are 2 large
decks. The upper deck is off the living room and will be your favorite spot to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee. The lower deck is accessible from the 2 master bedrooms.

A private 13' x 29' pool is sure to be a hit for any non-beach lovers. Outdoor shower and bathroom. Outdoor games on site include corn hole, frisbee golf, fire pit, and a basketball hoop. There is a cooler on wheels and a cart for you to pack up and make a day of it on the Beach.

The ROASTED DUCK has 3 levels

Lower level - washing machine and dryer

Mid level - 1 King and 1 Queen Master bedrooms each with private full baths and deck access. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (1 full 3 twin beds). Shared full bathroom in hallway

Upper level - Spacious kitchen and open dining/family room. Full size sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is stocked with all the comforts of home, a Ninja Nutri-Bullet juicer, George Foreman grill, waffle maker, coffee pot and all the plates, pots/pans and utensils you could need. Plenty of dining seating and a wetbar.

Flat screen smart tv's in every room with HULU LIVE, Free wifi internet throughout the property. Many books and board games provided.

Your time spent in Duck will be the reset your family needs. Duck has activities in town all year round. Bike and boat rental companies are throughout the community. 20 minute drive South to historic Kitty Hawk and 20 minute drive North to the wild horses of Corolla. 30 minute drive inland to the H2OBX water park.

Pool is open from mid April to mid November weather permitting

We got to the house and were pleasantly surprised at the size, amenities, and cleanliness of everything. It was perfect for our end of summer bachelorette party with ocean views and easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. The hosts were responsive and detailed in all communications. My favorite part was watching the sunrise from the balcony!

The house ,pool and hot tub were all clean. The family enjoyed them all. It is a great location. Just a short walk to the beach and the shops in town. Lots of room in the house. The rental manager was quick to reply to any questions I had.

Beach vacation

The overall appearance of the house is in good working condition. The pictures online make it seem like you do have a view of the ocean, but there is now a house that built in front of you. They should remove that one photo out. The only other thing is that the fire pit in the backyard does not have any stone or anything around it so the grass is kinda mostly sand in that area. However, it’s probably one of the better as far as cook utensils available that I’ve stayed at in a while !! The view is really my only thing that was not as advertised. There is a slight view, maybe 20 or 30 feet in between houses that you can see water but if you want to see the sunrise, you have to take the short walk to the beach.All that being said, I would definitely stay here again in the future We did really enjoy how quiet the neighborhood is.

A lot to offer

This house was fantastic for what we wanted. It had the pool, hot tub, 4 good sized rooms and a nice view. Very close to beach access. It was very clean. The only "complaint" which isn't one really- the furniture was quite outdated (This end up...). The location was perfect too as we could walk to a number of restaurants, bars, shops, etc.

Overall we had a nice stay at Lisa’s place. The house is in a great location—only a short, easy walk to public beach access—and has great amenities, including a pool and hot tub. During our stay there were a few minor issues related to the cleanliness of the property—the oven was not thoroughly cleaned, the pool area had not been attended to and there were dead leaves and other debris within the fenced area, and there were ants present in the kitchen area. When we made Lisa aware of these issues she responded quickly, offered to send a crew to rectify the problems, and ultimately sent a crew to remedy the ant problem. However it was unfortunate that we encountered these problems at all given the expense of renting the house, and while we appreciated Lisa’s responsiveness, she did not apologize for the cleanliness issues or inconvenience. We did appreciate the quick communication and willingness to resolve the issues. We loved the area and would stay in this location again .

Perfect Getaway!

This house was PERFECT for our relaxing getaway. The partial ocean views from the upper deck were wonderful. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more! It’s just a short walk to the beach access, and we loved spending the days between the beach, private pool, and hot tub! It’s super close to shops, restaurants, and activities! Our hosts were helpful and very responsive. Had a great time!

Great property close to the beach

The house is a two block walk to the beach, and walking distance to downtown duck. There is a nice pool and hot-tub bar area. The house was well furnished and nicely maintained.
