"We were on a time crunch and our hosts had stopped at the hotels a couple days prior to see if we could get early check in, only to be greeted by a girl at the front desk sitting on a chair with her shoes off and chomping on a pork chop, Seriously? Her reply was basically NO can do to our hosts. Is this the type of people Best Western hires to represent their brand? Pretty unprofessional and lacking serious customer skills."

"The staff is excellent! Each of the women at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful! On the other hand, I think that when you claim a refrigerator and microwave, the refrigerator should be big enough to hold food with the door closed and the microwave should rotate without sticking and stopping. Potential customers should be told at the time of booking that Rooms booked through online outside sites will mean needing to pay for the breakfast that’s advertised."

"Most things about our stay were lovely! The property is beautiful and the rooms were clean. There were only two issues - one was how hard the bed was. I know that everyone has their preferences but this bed was practically rock hard to me. On the other end of the spectrum, my husband liked the firmness.
