    OBX LIFE III en MP 9. 5 en el corazón de Kill Devil Hills. Esta casa ofrece vistas del océano, el monumento de Wright Brother y el área circundante que se mejoran con el diseño único de 4 pisos. Amueblado con sus necesidades de vacaciones en mente, esta casa ofrece su propia piscina privada. Convenientemente ubicado a una corta distancia a pie del área comercial, de restaurantes y de acceso a la playa pública, a solo 1 1/2 cuadras de la playa. Esta casa tiene cuatro dormitorios, 2. 5 baños, una pequeña piscina privada (ideal para niños pequeños), jacuzzi para 6 personas, sala de juegos con mesa de billar. Gran espacio para 2 familias. ¡4 pisos de espacio habitable para que pueda extenderse cuando quiera! Acabamos de instalar una carga fuera del elevador! ¡Ahora puede cargar hasta 400 libras de comestibles y equipaje y el ascensor se detendrá en cada balcón para facilitar la carga y descarga! (ESTO NO DEBE SER UTILIZADO PARA PERSONAS)
    Lo mejor de todo es que puedes caminar a la playa (acceso privado a la playa), a pie de restaurantes como Millers Seafood and Steak (el mejor desayuno de la playa), Mama Kwans (debes probar los famosos tacos de pescado), Kill Devil Grill ( Clasificado número 1 restaurante por Trip Advisor) tiendas y tiendas de conveniencia.

    Estupenda casa para una familia activa con piscina privada (piscina del 15 de mayo al 30 de septiembre. Jacuzzi para 6 personas (jacuzzi abierto todo el año) Las comodidades incluyen 6 televisores con cable, acceso a internet inalámbrico, lavadora / secadora, 2 hornos microondas, lavaplatos , aire acondicionado central y calefacción, ventiladores de techo, parrilla a gas, cubierta abierta con muebles de cubierta y ducha exterior.
    Ropa de cama:

We were very happy with the house and the location was great. Lots of places in walking distance. The host was very quick to respond when we needed something. We would definitely book this location again.

Loved being here. The balconies, hot tub and pool were great and it was walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The floors were a little dirty but we are at the beach so I’m sure it’s hard to keep a completely clean floor. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

OBX Stay

We loved our vacation at this property. It is our favorite location in Outer Banks and a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and things to do. The hot tub and game room were great for our teenagers and the house was very clean and new!! We would definitely stay again!!

The property was beautiful. The house was beautiful. The cleaners neglected to clean the bathrooms and bedrooms and kitchen and floors. The refrigerator down stairs was full of water in the bottom. Large spiders everywhere inside and out. Great communications with the people. Bedspreads were not clean and the filth under the beds and dressers was unbelievably nasty. Dishes were left in the dishwasher unwashed and most of the utensils and cookware had to be washed. No dish cloths or dish towels no dish drainer. We went and got one and donated to the house. We donated two cookie sheets as well. The pool was great but the hot tub had blue stuff floating in it. The couch was not very clean. Over all it please was great and the location is perfect.

Great location if you want to be near everything. House has a lot of room to spread out. Owner is very responsive when needed and keeps you informed.

Very clean with nice furniture. Home smelled clean as soon as we walked in the door. Lots of stairs but we managed. The beach access that is mentioned was not the easiest so we ended up choosing a different one. The lift was a nice addition! Overall would stay there again!

Great vacation

We enjoyed our beach vacation! Property manager was very responsive to any questions we had, check-in was easy and we were able to walk to the beach or relax at the pool/house and it was perfect. The cargo lift was a life-saver for unloading luggage and groceries! Nice touch.

Much needed short getway

My children and I checked in Thursday 9/8 and out Sunday 9/11 for a long weekend together. We had the best time, the home was just as pictured and the property manager Mike was amazing to work with. We will definitely go back again! Many memories made!

Such a fun week at the beach! Location was perfect with multiple easy beach access points and easy walking distance to several restaurants. I’ve stayed all over the OBX since high school and can’t get over how much this area has grown.House was great with multiple ways to entertain the kiddos. Cargo elevator was a huge help considering 4 floors and the kitchen being all the way at the top. Bed linens and bathroom towels provided is a huge win. Pool and hot tub a huge plus!Host was very communicative and helped promptly when we had any issues.Other notes to share: - Lots of steps which may be problematic for younger children or older people. - Beach chairs and cart provided at house, but we rented a cabana and chairs for the week which helped limit how much we had to carry back and forth. - Also rented a golf cart for easy transport - big deal if you have young kiddos and/or babies. - Lots of natural light in the house. Bring black-out curtains to help keep the morning sun out (especially for kiddos if they’re light sensitive).- Bring kitchen stuff if you’re big into cooking yourself. Not a lot of variety or storage for leftovers.

Great stay!

The house worked out great for our needs! The kids loved having a hot tub in the winter. I know its a minor thing, but I appreciated that the cookware was nice stainless steel pots and pans as opposed to non-stick pans full of chemicals. Thanks so much!

Great Location

We stayed here for a week and it was a perfect location to walk to shops, 7/11, a few resturaunts and not too far of a walk to the beach. There was a slight issue in the beginning with some confusion on the linen, but the property manager got back to us in a quick and efficient manner. He had the issue resolved the same day! We would definitely stay here again. The hot tub and pool was great for the littles.

Clean and spacious

Our week was fabulous. The property was clean and the four levels afforded us privacy when we desired it. The main level allowed us space to play games, eat together and just ‘hang out’. My kids loved Ms. PacMan and we all loved the hot tub and pool. The toughest thing was walking the flights of stairs, but since that gave us some exercise, that was a positive, too.

Pros: responsive owner, good central location, on site pool (albeit very small), nice hot tub for adults, good game room for kids in basement, nice view from top floor, not too far from beach, walkable to several restaurants, electric lift for bagsCons: very narrow and vertical so you will be climbing lots of stairs, no really good outdoor deck space for hanging out, in much need of a deep cleaning (many hairs everywhere), pictures make it look newer and nicer than it really is, uncomfortable beds, you need to supply a lot of things (bath soap, dish soap, tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc), path to beach is not well described and challenging (we followed instructions and had to go thru Ramada which was not really permitted)

OBX 2023!

Great location! Nice house, cargo elevator was a nice touch! Lots of steps but we knew what we were in for. Wear your Fitbit! Lol. We had so much fun walking to the beach and then playing in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. You really can park the car and walk to every thing. Owner is easy to communicate with and responds promptly. Best vacation!!!

Summer Stay in Kill Devil Hills

The property was well maintained with nice beachy décor inside. The property manager was very nice and accommodated a last minute change with our pets and addressed any concerns we had swiftly. Thanks to whoever attached the cargo lift outside-very very helpful and needed ! There a quite a bit of stairs in the house, so consider that if there are family members up in years in your party. The location was good easy access to stores and a nice breakfast spot nearby!! Public beach access about 3 blocks away. When we were there the beach was not crowded and very enjoyable!
