The outdoor space is a paradise of its own. Unlike most vacation rentals where the pool is on the first level, at Island Enchantment the pool is located off the second level. This 38'x20' dune-top, heated pool gives you great views of the dunes and ocean while splashing around or sitting on one of the comfortable lounge chairs provided. Along with ample deck space, a walkway straight to the beach, two seven person hot tubs (one under a covered deck), and a cabana with outdoor TV, what more could you ask for?

With big spacious bedrooms, along with plenty of relaxing and fun spaces, this home is perfectly suited for accommodating large groups. There are flat screens throughout the house so everyone can watch what they want. Positioned just around Milepost 9.5 in the popular town of Kill Devil Hills, this location is within walking distance of local restaurants like Kill Devil Grill, the Swells'a Brewery, shops, grocery stores, mini golf, and the Wright Brothers Memorial. Seasonal Cabana Services: Exclusive Cabana Services: and 05/03/26 to 09/18/26 - This home receives daily oceanfront cabana and beach chair setup + breakdown services during your stay. No need to lug around your beach equipment when you stay at this home! Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services are available upon request for an additional charge.

Pets: Island Enchantment is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Village Beach Club: Guests of our home enjoy access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront retreat in the heart of Nags Head, just 8 miles from Hamilton Cay Reserve. This private club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it easy to go from sand to poolside in mere minutes. You will also find a casual restaurant and bar, shaded lounge areas, and seasonal activities perfect for families or a relaxing solo escape. It's the ideal spot to unwind for a day on the Outer Banks.

Parking at Village Beach Club is $25 per car per day and access to the pool and beach is free. The Village Beach Club is open May 1 to October 1, with the club itself open until 5:00pm. The community pool is open daily from 9:00am to 4:30pm, May 25 to September 7, 2026.

Heated Oceanfront Pool: Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Private heated pool will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open all year. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

Special events are welcome at this home! You and your party can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum. Please contact KEES for details and arrangements for your special event reservation. Fees vary by property. Please contact Guest Services for more information.

The EV Charger is free to use at this home for guests of this home.
