"The room had hairs on the bed and sheets didn’t seem to have been changed , hairs in the shower & in the sink and the shower curtain had a brown stain on it but they did transfer us to another room ."

"The tv controls are a bit frustrating, however all staff we encountered were great. Food and Service in Vintner's was really good. Would be great to have a complimentary water in the room. Good stay."

"We were on the front edge of the motel, but the street noise did not keep us awake at night. My husband and I ate 4 of our meals in our kitchen. We had everything that we needed to enjoy our meals. I am in a wheelchair so it was handy to be able to park at our door. If I need to return to Kelowna ..."
